Pool Information

The Stage Run pool is open:
(Dates & Times May Vary depending on Improvement/Repairs)
April 1- October 31
Tuesday through Sunday, 6 am to 10 pm
Open on holidays April 1-October 31
Closed November 1 - March 31
Closed on Monday's for cleaning

Stage Run Pool Rules                                                                  
Owners are required to provide a picture ID and proof of residency to pick up your one time free pool FOB.
For a new FOB, please complete and submit the pool FOB request to Trio HOA Management with the appropriate $5.00 mail fee, complete the pool waiver and pool registration forms.
Persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The Association is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of personal property. The ultimate responsibility rests with the Association members and pool users who are homeowners or renters in the Stage Run community.
The pool facilities were designed and built for the primary use and recreation of residents living in Stage Run. 
The pool FOB request form, pool waiver, and pool registration forms are required before picking up your pool card from our office to allow processing.  Pool FOBs requests will be processed once Trio HOA Management receives your forms and payment.  Include your account number with your payment to prevent any delays.

Once all required forms are received, your pool FOB request will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation indicating when your pool FOB is ready for pick up. Owners may pick up the pool card during our business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  Our office is closed on holiday’s.

You may pay online at through your homeowner portal.

If you are unable to pick up your pool card, please send a check or certified funds made payable to Stage Run to include a $5 mail fee.  Once your payment is received, your pool request will be processed and mailed within 3-5 business days.

Cash is not accepted.
Please note: Unfortunately, owners with an outstanding balance will be unable to receive a pool FOB until your account balance is paid.
Owners who rent their homes will need to email Trio HOA Management your tenants contact information, lease and your authorization to provide them your free FOB.  Tenants will need to complete the required forms and provide a picture ID and proof of their residency.

Only Association members in good standing (i.e., have assessment fees current), their tenants and their accompanied guests are permitted to use the pool and pool area. Should an account fall thirty (30) days or more delinquent the pool card will be deactivated and will be reactivated only when the account is brought current and the $25.00 reactivation fee is paid. Accounts will not be billed the fee for the pool FOB request.
Association assessments are due January 1 and July 1 of every year.
