Stage Run Information

Stage Run (San Antonio) Homeowners' Association is a non-profit corporation which maintains the Stage Run subdivision.  It was incorporated November 27, 2001.  Members consist of all homeowners who have purchased homes in the neighborhood.  Upon completion of the Stage Run subdivision, there will be 541 Members of the Association. 

 

Located inside the San Antonio city limits, in the Texas Hill Country, Stage Run consists of Built to Order homes and was developed by KB Home.  Amenities at Stage Run are reserved for residents and their guests, and consist of a swimming pool, basketball court, soccer field, children's playground, workout area, native tree area, and walking/jogging paths. 

 

Stage Run is in the Northside ISD and is within walking distance of Aue Elementary School.  It is situated about a half mile from historic Leon Springs.  Bordering Stage Run is Boerne Stage Road, once known as the Old Spanish Trail, a major stagecoach route.  About ten miles down IH-10 West is the town of Boerne, with plentiful gift shops, art galleries, restaurants, antiques, and coffee shops full of small town charm.  Going East on IH-10, downtown San Antonio is less than twenty miles away.
