The new pool access system will use a FOB to gain access to the pool and bathrooms. Residents will receive a one-time free pool FOB-per household.
Owners needing to pick up their pool FOB shall submit a
pool FOB request form with the completed
pool waiver and
pool registration forms. Once all required forms are received, your pool FOB request will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation indicating when your pool FOB is ready for pick up.
Please send a check or certified funds made payable to Trio HOA Management with a $5 mail fee with all required forms. Include your account number with your payment to prevent any delays. Once your payment and forms are received, your pool FOB request will be processed and mailed. Forms can be emailed or faxed to Trio HOA Management and you may make your payment through the resident portal at
www.TrioHOA.com.
Owners who rent their homes will need to email Trio HOA Management your tenants contact information, lease and your authorization to provide them your one time free FOB. Tenants will need to complete the required forms and provide a picture ID and proof of their residency.
Note: FOBs will not be issued to those residents who are not current on their semi-annual assessments or non-compliance with the Deed Restrictions. Owners with a delinquent account will not have access to the pool and will need to pay an activation fee, if your account is not current by pool season. Any lost or misplaced pool FOBs will cost $25, plus a $5 mailing fee if your FOB will be mailed to you.
